Additionally, he is Chief Executive Officer at ClearBridge Investments. He also serves as Chairman of ClearBridge’s Management and Risk Management Committees. Terrence's leadership, grounded in 35 years of financial industry experience, was instrumental to the creation of ClearBridge Investments and its subsequent success. At predecessor firm Citigroup Asset Management, Terrence served as Chief Financial Officer from 2005 until 2006, when he was named Chief Operating Officer of the newly launched ClearBridge. Terrence joined Citigroup Asset Management in 2000 as Director of Planning. From 1997 through 2000, Terrence served as Business Controller for various product lines at Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank, including Project Finance, Asset Backed Lending and Treasury. Previously, he held several positions, including Business Controller for loan syndication and securitisation at NatWest Bank's Commercial Lending Division.

Terrence earned his MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and his BA in Accounting from Adelphi University.

Previously, Nick served as Principal of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Funds Management team, where he was also the CFO of DUET, an ASX-listed investment trust with AUD 5 billion in electricity and gas assets. He was also an Associate Director, Investment Banking, at UBS and Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions, at BZW/ABN AMRO. Nick earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Prior to joining ClearBridge in 2015, Annette was the Global Head of Legal & Compliance and Group Company Secretary for a global proprietary trading firm specialising in quantitative trading and market making (2010-2015). From 1997 to 2007, Annette worked at Credit Suisse, including in her role as Head of Legal & Compliance – Asia, and Group Company Secretary for Credit Suisse Asset Management Australia (CSAMA). In this capacity, Annette supervised a team of up to thirteen legal and compliance staff providing regulatory and compliance oversight and advice to the business.  CSAMA was the Responsible Entity and Registerable Superannuation Entity for Australian retail and wholesale managed funds and pension products as well as separately negotiated mandates.

Annette also worked with the regulator, ASIC, for 6 years (1991-2007), in a number of roles including Corporate Investigator, ASIC Delegate and Special Adviser to the ASIC Chairman. In this capacity, Annette gained broad experience across relevant laws governing the financial services industry in Australia and the regulatory perspective applied in implementing consumer protection programmes, prosecutions and the preparation and issue of ASIC regulatory guidance.

Annette earned a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law) and a Diploma in Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. Annette is also appointed as a Notary Public in NSW and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Prior to joining ClearBridge in 2010, Shane was Director, Infrastructure Securities at Hastings Funds Management, where he created the Hastings Global Infrastructure Securities Fund. Shane’s role included recruiting and managing the Infrastructure Securities investment team and developing its investment process and portfolio construction framework. Shane has also held portfolio management and investment analyst roles at Tribeca Investment Partners and AMP Capital Investors. Shane earned a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology and a Master of Commerce (Advanced Finance) from the University of New South Wales.

Prior to joining ClearBridge in 2010, Charles was Director and Senior Analyst, Global Infrastructure Securities at AMP Capital, where he oversaw all research and analysis across Asia, including Japan. Charles has also held Portfolio Management and Investment Analyst roles as a Director at Hastings Funds Management and Challenger Financial Services Group and again at AMP Capital Investors, where he was responsible for managing the Infrastructure and Utilities and Transport sectors within AMP’s Australian equity portfolios. Charles earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Sydney.

Matt joined the firm in 2012 and prior to this, Matt held sales roles at AMP Capital Investors, Lift Capital and Skandia (Australia) and was a Senior Relationship Manager at Barclays International Banking (London).

Matt holds a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Prior to joining ClearBridge, Andrea spent 15 years at Qantas Airways in marketing roles primarily focused on brand and tactical advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, sponsorship opportunities and corporate partnerships. She earned an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Sydney and an Advanced Diploma in Arts (Communications).

Prior to joining ClearBridge, Jonathon was a Senior Consultant at Mercer, covering investment operations, custody, securities lending and operational risk & governance. Prior to that, Jonathon was Head of Investment Operations for the multi-sector portfolio management teams at Perpetual Investments and Chief Operating Officer at MMC Asset Management.

Jonathon has also held operational, client service and relationship management roles at BT Australia, JPMorgan and BNP Paribas. He earned a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Flinders University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.

Prior to joining ClearBridge, Wendy worked for an Australian private integrated property group where she delivered corporate accounting services for the Australian and New Zealand businesses. Wendy has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand since 2004.

Prior to joining ClearBridge, Jenni held various client servicing roles at AllianceBernstein and Magellan Asset Management.

Jenni earned a Bachelor of Economics with Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
