Chief Executive Officer
Terrence's leadership, grounded in 31 years of financial industry experience, was instrumental to the creation of ClearBridge Investments and its subsequent success.
Terrence was named President of ClearBridge Investments, LLC. in 2011 and added the Chief Executive Officer title in 2012. He also serves as Chairman of the ClearBridge Management and Risk Management Committees.
At predecessor firm Citigroup Asset Management, Terrence served as Chief Financial Officer from 2005 until 2006, when he was named Chief Operating Officer of the newly launched ClearBridge entity.
Terrence joined Citigroup Asset Management in 2000 as Director of Planning. From 1997 through 2000, Terrence served as Business Controller for various product lines at Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank, including Project Finance, Asset Backed Lending and Treasury. Previously, he held several positions, including Business Controller for loan syndication and securitization at NatWest Bank's Commercial Lending Division.
Terrence earned his MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and his BA in Accounting from Adelphi University.
Managing Director, Portfolio Manager
Nick co-manages all Global Infrastructure Strategies. He has 26 years of investment industry experience.
Nick co-founded RARE Infrastructure Limited in 2006. Previously, Nick served as Principal of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Funds Management team, where he was also the CFO of DUET, an ASX-listed investment trust with AUD 5 billion in electricity and gas assets. He was also an Associate Director, Investment Banking, at UBS and Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions, at BZW/ABN AMRO.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
Managing Director, Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance / Company Secretary
Annette is responsible for providing legal, regulatory and risk management advice, guidance and implementation in Australia. Annette is also the Company Secretary for all ClearBridge Australian registered companies.
Prior to this, Annette was the Global Head of Legal & Compliance and Group Company Secretary for a global proprietary trading firm with a strong focus on quantitative trading and market-making. Annette spent ten years at Credit Suisse, including in her role as Head of Legal & Compliance – Asia, and Group Company Secretary for Credit Suisse Asset Management Australia (CSAMA). CSAMA was a Responsible Entity, Responsible Superannuation Entity and investment manager across a broad range of strategies, with global institutional and retail clients, including mutual funds, in the United States.
Prior to CSAMA, Annette worked with the regulator, ASIC, for 6 years, in a number of roles including Corporate Investigator, ASIC Delegate and Special Adviser to the ASIC Chairman. Annette holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law) and a Diploma in Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. Annette is also appointed as a Notary Public in NSW and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Shane co-manages all Global Infrastructure Strategies. He has 23 years of investment industry experience.
Shane joined the firm in 2010. Previously, he was Director, Infrastructure Securities, at Hastings Funds Management as well as Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst at Tribeca Investment Partners and Investment Analyst at AMP Capital Investors.
Shane earned a Master of Commerce (Advanced Finance) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

Charles co-manages all Global Infrastructure Strategies. He has 23 years of investment industry experience.
Charles joined the firm in 2010. Previously, he was Director and Senior Analyst, Global Infrastructure Securities, at AMP Capital as well as Director, Infrastructure Securities at Hastings Fund Management. He was also Head of Listed Infrastructure at Challenger Financial Services Group, a Portfolio Manager at AMP Capital Investors and an Analyst and Strategist at HSBC Australia.
Charles earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Sydney.
Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure Business Development
Matt is the Head of Infrastructure Business Development, focusing on infrastructure global sales and strategy. He has 23 years of investment industry experience, including more than 14 years working with real asset strategies encompassing both listed and unlisted investing. He is also a member of the Australian-based Leadership Team.
Matt joined the firm in 2012 where he, along with his team, focused purely on listed infrastructure strategies dealing with institutions, consultants and advice markets globally. Prior to this, Matt held sales roles at AMP Capital Investors, Lift Capital and Skandia (Australia) and was a Senior Relationship Manager at Barclays International Banking (London).
Matt earned a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.
Director, Head of Marketing, Australia
As the Head of Marketing, Australia Andrea is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing, branding and digital communications strategy. Andrea joined ClearBridge in 2011 and has over 20 years of marketing experience. She is also a member of the Australian-based Leadership Team.
Prior to joining ClearBridge, Andrea spent 15 years at Qantas Airways in marketing roles primarily focused on brand and tactical advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, sponsorship opportunities and corporate partnerships. She earned an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Sydney and an Advanced Diploma in Arts (Communications).
Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Australia
As Chief Operating Officer, Australia, Jonathon is responsible for investment operations, data management, client service and information technology in Australia. He commenced with ClearBridge in 2014 and has over 27 years of industry experience. He is also a member of the Australian-based Leadership Team.
Prior to joining ClearBridge, Jonathon was a Senior Consultant at Mercer, covering investment operations, custody, securities lending and operational risk & governance. Prior to that, Jonathon was Head of Investment Operations for the multi-sector portfolio management teams at Perpetual Investments and Chief Operating Officer at MMC Asset Management.
Jonathon has also held operational, client service and relationship management roles at BT Australia, JPMorgan and BNP Paribas. He earned a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Flinders University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.
Director, Finance Director
As Finance Director, Wendy is responsible for managing ClearBridge’s Australian Finance Team covering all aspects of the finance function for the group. She is also a member of the Australian-based Leadership Team.
Prior to joining ClearBridge, Wendy worked for an Australian private integrated property group where she delivered corporate accounting services for the Australian and New Zealand businesses. Wendy has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand since 2004.
Vice President, Client Service Manager
As a Client Service Manager in Australia, Jenni is responsible for managing ClearBridge’s Australian Client Service Team and fostering strong client relationships. Jenni joined ClearBridge in 2020 and brings over 9 years of investment industry experience. She is also a member of the Australian-based Leadership Team.
Prior to joining ClearBridge, Jenni held various client servicing roles at AllianceBernstein and Magellan Asset Management. Jenni earned a Bachelor of Economics with Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
